Problem:

  • We find out too little too late, with 17 locations to monitor, the bad reviews get lost in the noise.

  • Negative reviews usually carry more weight, and positive five-star reviews are more likely to be hidden.

  • It is against YELP’s policy to ask for YELP reviews from customers directly

My Solution

I implemented the social monitoring program Agorapulse to track Virginia Family Dentistry’s tag, mentions, reviews, and discussions across all social platforms.
